Therapeutic Approach & Modality

My counseling style is trauma-informed, person-centered, and relational, always grounded in compassion and collaboration. I use an integrative style that combines trauma-focused therapies, mindfulness, and relational work to meet each client’s unique needs. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), a Brainspotting Practitioner, and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), with additional training as IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems).

I often integrate:

  • Mindfulness & grounding practices – to support regulation and present-moment awareness

  • Psychoeducation – to equip clients with tools and understanding for everyday life

  • Parts work & dissociation-informed strategies – to support integration and self-understanding

  • Strengths-based & supportive techniques – to nurture resilience and personal growth
