Payment Information

At this time, Tierra Clara Therapy, PLLC is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and personalization in your care without the limitations often set by insurance providers. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made securely online.

Superbills can be provided upon request if you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Individual Sessions

All clients are charged a flat rate of $175 for the initial intake session, which is longer in duration and includes clinical assessment and treatment planning. This consistent rate ensures transparency and equitable application of fees. Ongoing session rates are determined using a tiered, income-based sliding scale ranging from $75–$175.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged a $75 fee. This policy allows me to maintain availability for all clients and will be strictly enforced.
